Normally orders will be dispatched in 1-3 working days once the payment is confirmed, and 3-5 days to arrive.
Your shipping costs will depend on the amount of purchases you make and the weight of your orders.
RETURNS

If you find there are defects happening to the goods within 14 days after receipt of the goods, we recommend you contact us before returning to see if we can solve your issue and save you the trouble of returning your item. If the defects are irremediable, you could return the goods back to us for repair or replacement under our guidance.
